Went with the factorization method and ended up with (x^2-144)(x^2-24)=0 so the value of x is 12 or 2sqrt(6), and then plugged it in x^2-(18+18+48)= Red Area, after a trial and error, found that its 60m^2, yeah?

The answer are either 0 or 20 because the question didn't mention it needed to stick together for it to be counted.
